Each humidor will come completely equipped with humidification system, hygrometer, special care solution, instructions and a key if the box is fitted with a lock.

Most likley the common flaw that was caused us to hold back these boxes from our normal distribution is the imperfections in the lacquer finish. In most cases the boxes will have some minor surface scratches or dust/coloration on the lid or sides. The fit, closure, Spanish Cedar interior and function will be of normal DM quality.

After a 3 hour flight delay I could hardly wait to rush home to open my new 20th Anniversary Humidor. I was not disappointed. After spending 15 minutes just admiring the beauty of the box, I wiped the assorted drool that had accumulated as I embraced finish and grain on each side of the box with my eyes (sorry getting a little sappy, but in fact true).
The box is perfect!! The only possible “flaw” would be the darker finish when compared to the pictures I had saved since last December. Anyway, thanks so much for spending the time with me to answer all of my minutia questions.

Just an added note: The humidor that I purchased about a year ago is the only one I have owned that works perfectly. It holds temperature and humidity so well, that I sometimes only need to add distilled water once a month. I have highly recommended your products to all of my cigar-smoking friends. I will never use anything else but DM products.

I received my DM Humidor exactly one week ago today from the private stock sale. It is absolutely beautiful. It took me a while to find anything wrong with it, the flaw was so minor. More importantly, within an hour, the humidity was up to 66%, and now it is holding rock solid at 70%, which is where I like to keep it. I had a very expensive Elie Bleu humidor for 9 years that I could never get to hold consistently above 55%. I ended up trashing a lot of expensive cigars. Thanks for all your help.
